When you choose to leave your job, ensure you have done something well and things that you have been created during you tenure should be adding benefit and values.

You must’ve heard a saying “May our path crossed in the future”. Indeed this is why you have to be careful when moving to a new opportunity. Because God has your fate even if you have plans already.

Why it matters? The Good and Memorable footprints?

Do you know some companies are checking background of you before you hired? I know some companies don’t do this, however many big companies have this procedure to ensure they hire best talent.

Some people in the companies also checking from their friends, other colleagues in the industry, to collect insights about your behavior, attitude, skill and things that are important for them. Maybe you think that ‘Open communication’ to other colleagues in office would not be an advantage if you are a programmer, but in some cases this skill is needed.

Then, what is the memorable one? Hmm, it is broad and could be anything from the way you make friends and growing relationship with other colleagues, or how you react to an issue, your patience and decision making when you faced a challenge, your behavior when you don’t like your job, or even when your voice tone in every meeting or conversation.

I would say to you: Just Be Yourself but compromise if you have to

Because you never know what your colleagues, manager or other bosses say about you in front of others. Just be yourself and create good things to remember. Use your logic and keep doing the best, to live in sanity and keep you innovative.

My friend… You have a long road with many opportunity to go through. I believe you can make it.
