Saturday is Baking Time

Simple treat sent to our next door neighbor

What makes your immune stronger? Stay happy is one of many ways, and it is easy to leave your stress out there.

Here’s mine…. Ever since pandemic time, I did many trials to ensure I got my expertise in what area. Find your passion! Find your happines. Hellooow… Cooking stays me sane. Though I hope not to gain weight easily, but … well at least I tried 😁

Up there is my Choco chips fudgy brownies. Baked in a fresh saturday morning. Can you see the shiny crust on top? That is how I measure the cake just right.

In case of you don’t get that look, please keep on trying and don’t get tired. Later when you hit the success in baking, don’t let go and keep on practicing. Some mistakes are happening in baking process or probably the ingredients proportion. Maybe you must change your perspective from “things I want” to “things to learn” first, so you can add many ideas in baking later once your cake is good.

This shiny crust is because of the granulated sugar not from castor sugar. You can whisk manually by hand or electric mixer (that’s me! Haha). Tool you used will help the process. Simply like you try to read and you need a book or text to practice. Visual improves your brain and can develop your skill.

I think that’s enough on the baking lesson, hope it fits your question about running on the process to be success.

And again, failures is just a little rock in your success path. Believe in your self!

#stayhappy #beconfident it’s good to be back
