Few weeks back, I was asked to support other team for internal event of recognition to their team members. Should be no shocking moment for me as I knew that in the rundown list I saw there’s a recognition for some people who had contributed on this team achievement in the past years. Which also, I join as event committee, so let whatever would happen just happened 🙂
While I sat nicely in the invitation seat, I saw smiling and proud faces surround me. Recognition and awarding have been the method to congratulate of someone’s achievement in this company. To make them happier by enjoying relaxing moments in their post-tired-hard-work session. By the support of ours, the non-core functions, they made they dream come true and satisfy customers.

To non-core functions friends, we are not the second place but always at the top. It just has different field of work, where they are happy at front and we owned the back office with strong power.
